irrespective of their legal residence. b. REGION-SPECIFIC TERMS that apply to the
customers who have legal residence in that specific Region.
As far as permitted by the applicable laws, the STANDARD TERMS shall supersede the
REGION-SPECIFIC TERMS.
- STANDARD TERMS:
- Refund: If you did not like the product or service purchased from our website, you
could claim a refund as per the applicable terms. We offer 7 calendar days no question
asked refund irrespective of whether applicable law mandates us to provide a refund or
not. That means a customer can ask for the purchase fee to be refunded within 7
calendar days starting from the date of purchase without providing any justification or
answering any questions from our team. If you want to request a refund, please get in
touch with us.
- Month-to-Month Subscriptions: Please note that we do not offer refunds of
payments made on a monthly subscription plan. To avoid being charged a subscription
fee for the next billing, you must cancel your subscription before the monthly renewal
date. Additionally, your subscription will continue month-to-month unless
and until you cancel or the subscription is suspended or discontinued by us. If you
cancel your subscription, the cancellation will be effective at the end of the current
monthly period; you will continue to have access to your subscription for the remainder
of that period, but you will not receive a refund.
- E-Wallet and Gift-Wallet: Please note that any payment made from E-Wallet or Gift-
Wallet towards purchase or subscription renewal of our services shall not be refundable even if the refund is sought within the initial 7 calendar days.
- Delivery: After your confirmed purchase on our website, you will receive a purchase
confirmation and login details. The login details may also be displayed on the website as a popup notification. Please ensure the save the login details in a safe place. If you do not receive the login details or cannot log in, or your subscription is not active within 7 calendar days of confirmed purchase, please contact our Customer Support Team as provided on our website. Your failure to contact us within the 7 calendar days as provided above shall be deemed as confirmed and satisfactory delivery of the product and services as purchased by you.
- Subscription Active: Kindly note that your subscription day shall begin from the
the moment your subscription is active.
- Claims and Dispute: If we inform you that we have received a claim, chargeback or
other dispute concerning one of your transactions, then you shall promptly deliver any
helpful information we request to confirm that you fulfilled the transaction per the
agreement with us (including but not limited to Terms of Service). If you fail to comply
with the prior sentence or was unable to comply with the agreement or these policies,
or if the claim chargeback or dispute is not caused by (i) our failure to make your order
available as it was received by us or (ii) credit card fraud, then you shall promptly
reimburse us for the amount of the customer purchase (including the purchase price
and any taxes) and all associated credit card association, bank or other payment
processing, re-presentment and penalty fees associated with the original purchase and
any chargeback or refund, litigation and arbitration fees in each case to the extent paid
or payable by us.
- Digital Nature of Services: Please remember that most of our services are digital
(e-services). Therefore, there is no physical delivery or return policy in place at the
moment.
- This Refund and Cancellation Policy forms an integral part of our Terms of Service.
- Additional Charge: We will not be responsible for any additional charge levied by the
Banks, Payment Processor or a third party while processing a cancellation or refund
request. Such charges shall be the responsibility of the Customers. Therefore, we
WON’T refund such charges.
- KYC and AML Mandate: All the Customers and Users of our platform may be
required to complete a KYC and AML before, during or after registering or making
payment on our website. The KYC and AML is a mandatory requirement, and no
Customers or Users shall be allowed to seek a refund merely because they do not wish to
complete the KYC and AML compliance. Our KYC and AML vendors comply
with local data protection and privacy regulations. If you do not want to go through
KYC and AML compliance, you shall not purchase any product or service on this
website and immediately leave the website. If you refuse to complete the KYC and
AML requirements within the stipulated time frame, then the company has the absolute
right to block your account and refuse to provide any refund.

- European Union: If you are an EU member country citizen and made a purchase on
our website from any of the EU member countries, you can claim a refund from the
date of purchase until 14 calendar days.
- United Kingdom: If you are a UK citizen and made a purchase on our website from
the UK, you can claim a refund from the date of purchase until 14 calendar days.
